Visiting the Museum

Everyone is welcome to visit the Museum to learn about the history of coal mining. Admission is free, but donations are always accepted and help keep the Museum operating.

Museum Hours:
Open Weekdays & Saturdays 9AM - 4PM
Sunday 12PM - 4PM
Closed Wednesdays
(Central Time Zone)

Additional times or days can be arranged ahead of time by appointment.
Open days and times will change at the beginning of November for Winter season.
Typical Winter Hours: Open Friday & Saturdays 9 AM - 3 PM

Directions

The Museum is located on State Road 68, 1 mile west of the State Road 61 intersection in Lynnville, which is just north of Interstate 64 - exit 39. See the Map below:
